Privacy Policy — Ludo Royale

This Privacy Policy explains how the Ludo Royale mobile game (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up with email or Google Sign-In, we collect your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google; we do not receive your Google password.
• Profile information. A country you choose, used for country-based leaderboards.
• Gameplay data. Game results, points, rating, and games played/won, used to maintain scores and leaderboards.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, or device identifiers for advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

2. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate sign-in.
• To run multiplayer games, track scores, and display leaderboards.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

3. Service providers

We use the following third parties to operate the App. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and realtime multiplayer hosting. (Supabase Privacy Policy)
• Google — Google Sign-In and app distribution via Google Play. (Google Privacy Policy)

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@ludoroyale.com, or see our Delete Your Account page for full instructions. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with our service providers under their security controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
