Delete Your Ludo Royale Account

You can request deletion of your Ludo Royale account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@ludoroyale.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

We will verify the request and confirm by email once it is complete.

What is deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

Your account and login credentials (email / Google sign-in link)
Your profile: display name and chosen country
Your gameplay data: points, rating, and games played / won

Timeline and retention

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered. We do not retain any personal data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal obligations.
